Butternut squash, shiitake mushroom and
hazelnut stuffed free range chicken breast.
Pesto Spaghetti Squash with Beef Meatballs ($7)
Spaghetti squash is a great alternative to pasta.
Venison Chili ($6)
Loaded with meat, tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, and just the right amount of heat!
Salmon Burgers ($6)
Hand made with wild salmon. Great to eat alone, in a lettuce wrap, or between  scallion buns (now available).

Skinless Gyoza and Cabbage Stir-Fry ($6)
The great tasting Chinese dish minus the dough wrapper.
Game Bird Stew ($7)
Upland birds (pheasant, chucker, partridge, and quail) in a thick delicious stew full of winter vegetables.
Breakfast Pancakes w/ Berry Compote ($7)
Made of young coconut meat and flaxseeds and taste great on Sunday morning!  Pancake batter is also available.
